well, it's about time to start this thread, i think!! let's get our bearings and see who all is in the same boat in january!
i finish up the first half of a&p with a comprehensive exam on december 13th and then it's right into the physiology portion of the course. we actually are starting special senses this week and next but will only get the first chapter done.
so .... who else is in? when did you take a&p i and how is your course set up? do you have the prof you want and are you looking forward to it?
i will include the sites from the a&p i thread that might be helpful! i will add/subtract as i get a chance to look through them a bit more or if anyone else suggests some good sites.
I also made it into the second half of A&P!!!!:) we have a test next week over the arteries and veins, we have to know roughly about 100 of them. (pain in the neck) We have lab books and also some kinda cd that the instructor insisted that we buy, I think it came in real handy. But anyways, count me in as one of them who made it half way!

Can you share the information on the CD you had to buy? Anything that is useful I am game for! Thanks!
Of course, the common carotid, we all knew that! (i forget that we can no longer use plain english words!) we're all nurses and doctors, lets start acting like it, being with the lingo!!!:chuckle
well.... its basically a human dissector where you can break the whole body down to the veins and arteries. i think you could purchase them at your college bookstore or at office max.
