So do nursing residency program goers get paid less until they finish? I have a friend who just passed the nclex and obtained her RN and is now in a bridge residency program thru our local hospital to obtain her BSN and I'm fairly certain is getting about $13/hr. Not sure on diff. And she has worked as a cna there for a year and a half. That seems really low compared to Everywhere else!! We are in southern illinois.
