$26/hr new grad, no exp., recently changed jobs $33/hr 1 yr exp.

Honestly nope. I'm glad I have a job and take home what I do. I love my job and a year ago I had zero income so I'm making more than I ever have before.

2.) Base rate 28.56 plus 3.75 night differential and 1.10 for weekends
