Polk State Spring 2020

Hey everyone, I'm starting this thread for Polk State College Spring 2020 hopefuls. Right now, my total score is 111.15. I'm retaking my TEAS Wednesday (right now my TEAS score is 76) and I'm retaking Algebra summer II for a higher grade. We shall see how it goes...

Hi everyone! Just wanted to reply to the Special Designator Status. I applied Spring 2018 term with 120 points and was accepted. I had to drop after 3 weeks due to work constraints/emergency. I am applying again for Spring 2020 term with the same points, 120, and my status only says Passing TEAS score. Not sure if that eases anyone's minds or not. It might mean something, but I don't think it has anything to do with acceptance. Good luck everyone ?

Hello Everyone,

My friend received her letter today in the mail about an hour ago. She gets her mail early in the afternoon. But she was placed on the alternate list with a number. I think she had around 109 points. She also didn't have the special designator on her passport that said nursing applicants future. Hopefully we get our letters soon. Good Luck everyone!

Hey everyone, I just got my acceptance letter in the mail today!

I believe I had 119 points if I calculated everything correctly.

Hoping to hear good news from everyone else here as well.

OMG, I'm so nervous now. My mail doesn't run until around 4pm!! Congrats everyone getting acceptance letters!!

She was 19 on the alternate list

ok just got my packet. I'm number 2 on the alternate list. I'm pretty sure my points were about a 113 (even though they wouldn't give me an exact number this term). Ughhhh...

Congratulations to everyone who get acceptance letters. I am nervous for you guys. I will be going through this next, so if you guys can please post things about orientation and the first day of school and the process before the first day I would greatly appreciate it. It is motivating to me and I also like to know what to look forward to. Thank you

I got put on the alternate list. I think my points were around 108? I don’t really remember off the top of my head. I’m #32 so I don’t foresee getting The Call
