And the waiting bus I continue to sit on the edge of my seat.....Nothing today. But again, No news may be good news! Those of us waiting lets continue thinking positive thoughts as we anxiously await the envelopes to arrive.

To those of you that got their packets/letters congratulations!!

That is a very good point. I hope when i get home i have something but if not then like others have said maybe no news is good news. Congrats(:

Yeah, I only applied to the RN program didnt even think to apply to the LPN. But i havent checked the mail today so im headed out there now , wish me luck lol

nothing , staying optimistic

Congrats to those who have received their packets. I got accepted into all three programs so next week two LPN positions will become available as I am accepting the RN program. I am sure I am not the only one who applied for more than one so keep praying because slots should be coming available.

Nothing for me today.

What day do they give you guys to accept your seat in the program?

We have until July 3 to return the letter stating whether we accept or not, but hopefully everyone returns their letters asap. I know mine will be in Monday's mail. Keep up the hope; there will be a lot of spots available :cat:

Nothing for me either!! Ah I'm starting to think acceptance letters went out first...I hope I'm wrong but haven't heard if any denials this far

For the PHCC nursing program, is the county thing used as a tie breaker or do Pasco/Hernando residents get preference even if they have a lower GPA and TEAS score? Has a non-county resident ever been accepted into the program? I have a 4.0 GPA and scored 80.5 on the TEAS.

Hello jdoyle33613,

I live in Citrus County and I was accepted into the LPN program at the Brooksville campus. I received a 92.0% on the TEAS (GPA is not considered for the LPN program). I left a message with the Admissions Office with your same exact question and never received a response, so I can only tell you from personal experience that they do accept out-of-county residents but I don't know exactly how they rank them. Keep up the hope; there will be a new wave of students accepted shortly (see from post from yesterday). Good luck to you and all of the other people out there still waiting!
