Well I know one RN group is at trinity hospital. Right now the lpns are at health south off of 50, bear creak off of 52, and bayonet point health and rehab.

Anyone considering the LPN route when they say it's rapid and hard they aren't kidding. We have already lost 3 students. You must have a 75% or higher in the test category or you're out. Just an idea on how fast it is, when we were in our 4th clinical week the RN's were just starting clinicals. We had two tests already and I heard they didn't even have their first one yet. It's challenging but it can be done. Good luck everyone who is applying for this fall (:

That seems like a pretty low number. 24 seats per campus sounds more reasonable.

For the lpns out there are we to bring volume 1 and 2 of the fundamentals book on the first day?

The course manual or the handbook? I know the handbook is on the website under where the applications are. If it's not the handbook and actually a manual on canvas we may not be able to access it until the 13th when those courses open up. I'm not sure what the manual is actually that your speaking of.

I haven't gotten the uniform yet ether. The school re opens tomorrow so I will try to stop by there. And thank you for the info regarding the lab coat!

Yea I applied to both because you never know. But I was prepared to just do the lpn first.

Hey Mia I tried replying to your message but it says your inbox is full. So here you go: I was accepted to porter but a seat opened up for west campus so that's where I'll be. My tease was actually a 66 lol took it 3 times but I'm just not a test taker. I will say tho study that teas book because everything in that book will be on the test. Sometimes it looked like the exact equation just a few different details!(:

I ordered from the books store yesterday morning the first semester and 1 pair of pants. It was so awesome they actually had a student deliver it to me that afternoon instead of shipping it. I got a 2x in the pants because I didn't see a 1x. Wooo big mistake lol guess il be returning them and il have to try them on in the store.

Anyone been looking at stethoscopes? I'm really interested in the littmann classic ii. Allheart.com has the cutest colors and finishes if your into that, may help with the ugly uniform lol. Prospect28, were the pants true to size?

Hope to have my papers in tomorrow. Seems like going with a new doctor was a mistake. Can't wait to see all the lpns Friday afternoon!

Not me, took them over a week to get my packet to me. Had my physical last Thursday and did my labs the next day. When i went yesterday to the doctors they still did not have my titers back. Hopefully i can get everything in by Tuesday

I just accepted my alternate seat for west campus lpn due to it is closer to my house. So if anyone out there didn't get in or is still waiting a lpn seat for porter campus will be opening up tomorrow(:
