No maths is a good thing. What you generally want to see is priority and delegation. You still have a good chance on passing and I really would suggest you take a deep breath, get out and forget about the test and wait for your results. Good luck

I doubt it is a bad thing. I really wouldn't stress now, it is done, get out and relax. Hang in there

Don't spend time stressing over the test. Relax, it's over. You can still haved passed with only 2 pharmacology questions. The test is hard to predict. The only thing that matters is how many you get right or wrong. I'll be sending positive thoughts your way. Hang in there SadNBlue. Good luck.

Like others have said, it's over and done w/. Enjoy a night out w/ family/friends and relax. It IS very possible to pass the way that you described. When I took my boards, I had 75 questions, every single one was delegation/priority, and took me less than an hour to do. I left there freaked out. Right across the street was a hotel w/ a bar, so I went there while waiting on my friend to finish her test :D I felt much better by the time she was done. My instructor called me 2 days later to say I had passed, and the next day, my license was in my hand.

Sending reassuring and calming thoughts your way.

thanks everyone for the advice. i guess the harest part is the waiting...since i live in CA......just really worry cuz i only had 2 MEDS question...not like my last time..i had a bunch of meds and went all the way to 169 question..but this time my computer shut off at 115....

Nope - I passed at 76, no med calc, and maybe 2 or 3 medication questions. I'll be a parrot: Know your delegation/prioritization inside and out; infection control seems to be a biggie as well, from my own experience and from what I've been hearing from others.

I'd tell you to relax, but you can't... I know, I couldn't either... but try to, anyway... :heartbeat

thanks mtdew322....i like to hear people with the same exp as i am when i took the nclex....it gives me more hope

hey sadNblue...how much longer do u have to wait? bc i just took mine today 2/2 and seeing that we both live in ca, we have to wait 2-3 wks....or is it 3-4 wks?? i dont know....theyre both very long. and u know wat? ur test sounds almost exactly like mine...i stopped at 115 got ALOTA infection, delegation, priority, who to room with and stuff..also, a handful of PEDS and only 4-5 SATA, but no math, no hot spots, and no drag and drop...im Xing my fingers too, and its hard to get distracted when the thought of the nclex results are following u...man, wish we coulda taken it in a different state just to see our results right away. neways, goodluck to both of us =)

Still wishing you good luck!

I wish I had no math in my upcoming exam too. Hang in there, don't stress . Number doesn't matter. Wishing you all the best. By the way which book, online class....did you use for exam . I am asking this because I will be taking my PN in March. Have any tips , let me know.
