Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
hi veeeeejj11, this is 'whydavewhy'. I told you that i would let you know when my names showed up, so here it is... I just checked the california board of registered nursing, and my name finally showed up with an 'rn' after 11 days (i took my nclex test in gardena, ca on august 14th). So the "trick" does work. Everyone who receives the 'contact your member board' pop-up passes! So if your name still is not showing on the board of registered nursing site, just wait, and it will show up eventually. I don't know why there is such a disparity between different people's names showing up, but there is. Some take a few days, others takes weeks. Congratulations again!
congratulations man!!! Your finally an rn!
how does this personvue trick works? please, help!!! i'm nauseous... going crazy! i swear! i took my exam last aug 20. i know it's too soon but i know you guys understand me... HEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!

I really don't know if the PearsonVue trick really work because I was scheduled to take NCLEX-RN July 31, I went, they didn't accept my ID. I cried but got over it really quick. Logged on to PearsonVue a day later to pay the $200 again and it wouldn't let me register and pay. Had to wait 2 days then it let me pay and register. Got my ATT (Authorization to Test) August 5, registered that same night to test the next day (August 6). Took and passed on my first try. I didn't take Kaplan or any other review course. I studied on my own. You can do it too if you know where on the internet to look for really helpful NCLEX material. I have a truck load of NCLEX review material saved on my computer if anyone needs help. For those of you that didn't pass, don't give up. Take some time to grieve. DON'T use the same study habit. Review how you studied and make some changes (No more than 150 questions per day) you won't remember most of it if you do more. Remember, read every rationale (right or wrong). Don't move to the next question until you really understand the rationales (look up info or even call someone and ask for clarity before you move on if you not clear on something) . Team up with someone if you can. Or have an internet study buddy. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Most importantly trust and believe in yourself. Self defeating habits and negative thinking can impact how you test. Good luck to everyone waiting to test and congratulations to everyone that passed.
well, the automated computer system eventually let you register and directed you to the payment page, hence the reason why you were able to submit $200 to re-register for the NCLEX.
bottom line, whether you weren't given the chance to take the exam or failed, you were directed to the (crucial) payment page. which is the ultimate page we all dread to be directed to.
Well, perhaps your'e right. More likely than not your'e right. I still don't know for sure if it really works. What I would really like to know is if anyone ever just called the BON in their state to find out if this pop-up screen really is validation to passing. I never did "the trick" after I eventually paid again and took the test, I was just too nervous. I just told myself I did my very best and had diarrhea, dehydration and weight loss for 2 days waiting. Well, I won't tell anyone waiting for their results not to stress, cause that just doesn't work. So I'll just say best of luck to everyone. Althea
Nice, concise post ..... I vote for mods to lock this thread and sticky this post at the very beginning.... 'tis silly that this trainwreck has gone on for over 400 pages, people being told how to do it over and over, people asking the same thing over and over and over and over. It's simple - read how to do it, and do it. Why has this drivel gone on for so long ???!!!???

according to some anecdotes, people have called VUE.com to confirm whether the pop-up is enough of a justification/validation to start celebrating. of course VUE.com hasn't provided a straightforward answer, but go figure...
as far as calling BON, they aren't responsible for VUE.com, so how would BON know about anything...?
