Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
tnolte78,i would prepare yourself for the worst. the only reason i say that is because myself and 2 others in my class all failed that were able to get to the credit card payment screen.
everyone that has passed the first time in my class, including myself and one of the other people who passed for the second time were not able to get to the credit card page.
good luck
thanks so much for sharing this information...i'm in ca and have to continually check my name on the brn site. i'm sorry you did not pass...good luck the second time!
Did anybody take other classes, except Pearson? Any recommendations.Thank you
I used the NCSBN Learning Extension and also did questions from my Saunder's cd. I honestly do not think that studying either one helped me on the exam. The NCLEX was very hard and it tests your critical thinking skills. The questions on it aren't like any other that I had seen before. I had 265 questions and thought for sure I had failed it. My teachers in school told us all that if you come out of there thinking you failed, you probably passed!! Anyway, the only advice I can give you is to not study at least the day before the exam as this will increase your anxiety. Good luck to you and keep your chin up........
So i took the test yesterday in OKlahoma at 8:00 I got cut off at 75, and my friend got cut off at 130, so I found about this trick and we both tried it, we both got the pop up, but im still freaking out, it does help with some anxiety, but in the back of your mind, it's always "what if", so hopefully its true, from all the posts it seems to work.
this advice is very helpful... thank you so much for the advice.. i will surely follow it... how many questions did u get the first and second time ? .. do you think all that studying paid off? because i was doing about 2 hours a day of studying every 5 days a week, for a month, and i still failed (as what i assume) .. i used saunders, as it is speaken so highly of, and i dont even think it helped.. its a horrible feeling now, i got so many infection control, and i didnt even know the nclex asks all those infection control questions.. i didnt even study infection control , i was doing system by system studying and didnt touch infection control..
You're probably not going to like this, but honestly I don't think studying only two hours a day is enough to pass. I studied everyday, morning to night, like it was a full-time job, with scheduled breaks and meals, and not to mention numerous interruptions from family members. I took a review course and then scheduled my exam for two weeks later. Did absolutely nothing but study, study, study. I heard from these blogs that there were lots of infection control, priority, assessment questions so I spent a great deal on those types of questions, as well as regular content. Of course everyone has their own way to study, but I truly believe that you should commit to studying as many hours per day as you possibly can. I don't think I would have passed studying only two hours a day. Just doesn't seem like much. Just my opinion. Good luck to you.
the trick worked again... my friend tested in ny... 5 hours after she took the exam she asked me to open her pearson account and try the trick and it went all the way to the cc page.. she found out today she failed.. so the trick worked..
i tested last may 20th and my results are still not in... i took the boards under saipan bon and the waiting time seems too long... i tried the trick though i dont know if it'll work, i tried it almost 30 times already and i always get the pop up.. i dont know nif it'll work.. i pray and hope so...
I hope my score shows up tomorrow a.m.! I studied hours and hours @ the library, reviewed the Saunders book, and took the Kaplan review and I still felt the nclex was hard. The Kaplan review definitely helped with strategy. However, it did not prepare me for the infection control and pharm questions. Kaplan really emphasized chest tubes, trachs, post-op, etc. My computer shut off at 86, and I honestly feel like I failed! If the trick is true, I passed. But won't believe it until I see my name on the BRN website! I will say, that my anxiety has decreased since learning about this trick. Just try it!

Thanks for sharing this info! I am still waiting for my name to post on the BRN website, and the more I hear the trick is true, the better I feel!
Sorry, but I disagress with DECAGIRLS. All that I did to prepare for NCLEX RN is do 100 computer questions/day. I read the rationals if I missed or was unsure... Also, I only scored in the low 70%s. I had 105 questions on NCLEX & got the pop up when I got home - found out 48 hours later that I PASSED!!!! Hope this gives some of you hope! IF YOU GET THE POP Up = U PASSED!!!
