Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

I took NCLEX-PN on Saturday, June 20th and stopped at 85. I felt like I didnt know anything and I know for sure that I missed 5 items. I was so restless all weekend. So I went online to find forums like this because I know I'm not the only one who felt this way after the test. I am so sure that I failed. Then I stumbled upon this "trick". I tried it that same day and it didnt let me register again. I tried it today and it didnt let me register again. I know this is just like an urban legend, but it has helped keep me sane at least for a few hours at a time. I feel bad harassing my family and friends already. I wont find out til next july because I live in California. This is driving me insane!!! I did really well in my class and I feel like I would let a lot of people down if I fail. I just talked to my friend who's scheduled to sit for the boards this Wednesday and I feel bad cus I think I made her feel more nervous. I didnt mean to. I told her the test is different for everyone and that she has prepared herself enough. But I really feel like I failed! And she said, if I feel like I failed, then how about everyone else in our class? AHHH. So I'll post again when I get my official results.

I tried it today took the test 24 hours ago and it is letting me register. What does that mean should I prepare myself for the worse or wait it out. Prayers needed.

NURSING4LIFE4EVER...are u from california???

no im not, im in ny.. i know i failed.. but i wont find out officially until tommorrow.

tnolte78,

i would prepare yourself for the worst. the only reason i say that is because myself and 2 others in my class all failed that were able to get to the credit card payment screen.

everyone that has passed the first time in my class, including myself and one of the other people who passed for the second time were not able to get to the credit card page.

good luck

how did you prepare the second time around, i really need advice on how to prepare for the second time, i got 76 questions when the comp shut off, so i failed horribly.. i was getting alot of sata and soooo many priotization and and a lot of infection control... i hated the sata questions, how did u prepare for the second time? please help>? i can use any assistance possible

You know I did Kaplan the first time, so I read the book from front to cover for the second test, I did TONS of questions, I got my med/surg books back out and I spent 3-4 days a week at the library and 3-4 hours.

SATA and priorritization questions are higher level questions so i'm surprised. Just wait and see if you passed or not and let us all know. I only got 4 SATA questions the first time and 25 the second time I also had tons of prioritization the second time, I got 5 drag and drop (how would you do this procedure- put in order type questions), my questions the second time were very much different then the first time you could tell they were higher level questions.

I had to think of this test the second time around as just another test, i had to do relaxation techniques, tons of positive self talk. I did not get on the computer AT ALL during the 7 weeks study process unless it was for studying NCLEX style questions or checking my e-mail. EVERYTHING else on here is a distraction (STAY OFF THE COMPUTER)..........

Good luck

So I got alot of SATA also took Kaplan and got two put in order and 5 math questions, my friend took the same day and cant register on pearson vue. It hasnt been 48 hours yet, should i wait or go ahead an register. The funny thing is thatI am in California and they said I have to wait for 45 days before taking it again.

Tnolte78,

I would NOT re register even though everyone I know it has worked for. You have to wait 45 days. You will loose your money if you did pass.

Are you in California?

Did anybody take other classes, except Pearson? Any recommendations.

Thank you

You have to apply for another eligibility again for 75 dollars..then wait til you get that in mail and them register for your next exam at pearsonvue...
