Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.
Poll to take once you have received your response:

Same to you.... Im sure will nail this... have a look back on ourselves and go why the heck did we worry so much... probably because we gave it our all... its been a long weekend wondering for me what if??... Im not a wreck like I was leaving the test center; but this is like a thorn in my side.. I want to know. Cant seem to move forward in my life. Just sit play games, go shopping but I feel adrift right now. Lost.. until I know...
I feel the same way! Not nearly as wound up as I was when I left the test center but can't figure out what to do with myself....should I continue to study? or what? "Adrift" is a good word for this. lol...Praying for good news for us all :)
...the wait... makes me wonder why the Fudge cali does not opt for this.... being a liberal state has its negatives lol... they just are not with it with the actual working class who wants to work! No no no we want MORE unemployed...
well thats the next step for me, im an soon to be LVN.. I have the ability to get the RN from the start, what I didnt have was the luxury of being in one place right now in my life to wait to goto college even though I have a free ride thru a university. I got out of the service and used 1/4 of my GI Bill to put me thru as an LVN so I could do what I always wanted to do while I goto school. Now I can work and use my GI Bill for a BSN-RN once I find out I pass this damn LVN. Since I didnt have a lot of opportunity coming out of the service this was a good foothold. Either way I check the LVN boards like you all do with the RN Boards ;-)
After 3 painful days of waiting!! I am proud to say that I am officially a REGISTERED NURSE! Just checked the BRN website not too long ago and my name popped up with my license number! Thank you to this site and everyone who kept the positive energy around here! It is still so surreal to me. It is now 1:51am California time, how the heck am I supposed to sleep now? :w00t: :clpty:
And for the record, the PVT works!!!!
