Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.
I read on line that this school works on a point system
I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program
(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO
WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.
Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.
Thanks
I wasn't planning on registering for the critical thinking course.
Congratulations jentrob... your perseverance paid off... the easy part is over... get the book as soon as you can and start reading. The first test is probably the easiest test that you will have in the entire program make sure you do good on it; it gets harder after that...
Congratulations to all those that got in... and to those that did not, keep trying and you will...
I don't have my BLS either, but I'm taking the class July 28th in Boca.
Go to the American Heart Assoc. website and you can search for a class in your area. I know there are some open at Jupiter Medical Center.
They should put the certification down as a prereq, IMO. It would ensure there's not a bunch of people scrambling to take the course at the last minute.
hello all,
this is sponsored by the american heart assocoiation. just plug in your zip code to find one close to your home. i took the course 3 weeks ago, in jupiter and it cost me 65 dollars.

My friend went yesterday and thought she would have to pay $10 for each additional job and she had the paperwork all filled out, but they only asked her to write one down and didn't charge her any additional fees. So that was good news because I have had about 5 that I would of had to list. YIKES! This stuff is adding up quickly, but at least we get a break on this!
i registered for the bls class through health career institute in lake worth, but it was $70!!h_2_o , how much is it through american heart association?
it's actually through a private company, lifesavers inc., that's listed on the aha website. they want to charge $89!!! it was the only class listed that held class on a day i could attend, so i went ahead and registered, but i haven't paid yet.
i'm going to try to pull my registration and do the class at health career institute. way cheaper and they have the class on saturday. thanks for the info!

Hey guys,
I wanted to know if you planned on registering for the critical thinking course since it is optional.
