Packet 4 interview letter

Hi everyone,

I want to share a happy news which I have been waitig for sooo looong...

Yes, I recived my packet 4 (Embassy Interview letter) today from US Embassy in London.My PD is Sept 16 2005.

Interview is on 13 th July

Yes I received the instructions for the Medical Examination as well in the same packet.It can be done only by knightsbridge doctors in London.They are fully booked now,and I got the appointment for medical Examination 3 days after the Embassy interview date.So the embassy will wait for the medical results before stamping the visa

now I am in a starting to worry interview two weeks today postman just been and still no letter.

I think we had better call them tomorrow.

Looks like our medical will be weeks after then

I just phoned again to say packet 4 not with me yet as interview in two weeks but it was only mailed June18 so no wonder not here yet.

I asked about police checks and they are OK if within the last year.

I got my packet 4 the same days as yours! , will have my interview on the 25th of July. I was on the phone for ages to book the medical exam ( I've been pressing the redial button for almost an hour before i finally got through!)

My PD by the way was Nov 2002, I kept it on hold until I finally decided to give it a shot :)

don't think I will be one of the lucky ones found out today DS230 on hold for NVC as they haven't requested it yet so got a bit longer to go
