Yes I received the instructions for the Medical Examination as well in the same packet.It can be done only by knightsbridge doctors in London.They are fully booked now,and I got the appointment for medical Examination 3 days after the Embassy interview date.So the embassy will wait for the medical results before stamping the visa Daisy253

Hi everyone, I want to share a happy news which I have been waitig for sooo looong... Yes, I recived my packet 4 (Embassy Interview letter) today from US Embassy in London.My PD is Sept 16 2005. Interview is on 13 th July Regards to all.. Daisy253

Dear Sagar, I think you are confused with the Visa catagory E3 with EB3 E3 is a special visa catagory similar to H1 Visa for Australian citizens.It has more advantages than H1 visa catagory, like Spouse can work and things like that..But it is only for Australian Citizens.I think it comes under NON -IMMIGRANT visa catagory No Visa appointment has been made for any EB3 catagory at the Embassy I think it is only your misunderstanding of E3 with EB3 Daisy253

Hi arys1075, Thank you for the reply I am in UK and the file was sent to the London embassy.I called the embassy call centre number and they don't say anything regarding the interview date. Thanks a lot for the reply daisy253

Hi to All Like many of my friends from the PIC countries I am also in the queue to get a US immigrant visa to start a new career in the United States,but devastated with the retrogression news. My Priority date is September 16, 2005, and NVC has completed my file and has forwarded it to the local US embassy in the 1st week of september 2006.Now my file is with the London embassy and my name is in their system.But so far I have not received the packet 4 for which I have been waiting for so long.... Anyone of you can say whether I will be affected by the retrogression? If NVC has sent the file to the local embassy does it mean that I am included in the "recaptured" 50,000 visas? Please reply:)
