Well here with go with the interview story.

Appointment 10.30 arrived 40 Min's early and in the door at 10.30 very good start.

In the embassy for 4 hours boy were we bored.

One of the pieces of evidence you have to show is job offer less that one year old. All my contracts are now 2 years old but had emailed attorney in USA to ask for this evidence when we had appointment letter which was only 12 days ago.

So our application has been supsended until we can get this evidence.

Our medical are not until the 18 so we have two weeks to play with.

We would have been more unhappy is we had medicals in hand.

We have to call a courier when the letter arrives and he will collect letter and our passports and take them up to London for us.

Oh and missed the coach home becuse of the long wait and got home 11.00 last night. another two weeks and we can do it all again for medicals

Hi Ann, did they ask for your recruitment contract too? Mine is actually 6 years old! ( It took me that long to finally decide and go ahead with my US plans) but I got an updated job offer. I received my interview dates in 2004 and 2006 but I have to cancel all that. I recently requested for a case transfer. I was glad that the US Embassy in London accepted my case and was given an interview date this month.

Please let me know. Thanks.

congrats on the interview and thankyou for letting us know what went on.
