Hello! I wanted to start this forum to see if anyone else has or plans to apply to PUC LVN-RN this round. I have taken TEAS already (88.0) and need to schedule the ACT. Has anybody taken the ACT yet? I'm a bit nervous. Thanks!
Hello. I’ve applied for the PUC LVN-RN program. I’m a little confused because I see some talk about notifications going out by end of July. The last email I got from Pam Bobst in mid February said, “The Admissions Committee will start admission considerations shortly after the April 15 application deadline each year. Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will occur by the first of July, 2020.” Did they extend the time to make their decision? I was really hoping to know by the 1st of July so I can make some important decisions with my current job.?
They could not consider application submissions April 15 this year because of Covid. Some people had not even taking their TEAS test By that time. Appease deadline originally got extended to June 30, but got pushed up once they started administering from home. I got an email yesterday saying that we will know by the end of July. I’m figuring that we will know earlier because that would be really close to the time school starts but I think they gave the end of July as a timeframe so that we aren’t expecting it any time soon. Just my thoughts though.
The TEAS deadline originally got extended*
@scorpiodez @Tinamina @JazzyNi @Allnurses456 we are halfway through June!! Can July come any sooner so we can get our answers?? You guys keep in touch and keep each other informed if we hear anything from PUC.. I’ll do the same!! Thanks!! ☺️

@JazzyNi which program are you trying to get into? The ADN program at Angwin or the bridge program at the Napa location? I only know the cost of the bridge program.
