Ontario Second Entry Nursing Fall 2018

I'm applying to the second entry nursing program in February 2018 for Fall 2018 admission. I'm applying to York, Humber, Trent, Nipissing and potentially Western. I'll be applying with a BA in psych. This is probably super premature, but I wanted some reassurance from fellow applicants. I also wanted to know if anyone, past or previous applicants, know the weighting of Additional Information forms and how they're considered during the application process? I was diagnosed with ADHD during my second year of university, after being misdiagnosed two previous times, and it's certainly had an impact on my grades. My GPA is going to be something like 6.7 on a 9.0 scale. And this really has me worried. Has anyone else had any experiences with Add. Forms?

Thank you! I'm a second year student with an 8.3 on the 10.0 scale, but I'm still completing a few of the prerequisites, so that will be changing. I think I must have done really well on the Casper because my marks aren't stellar. Best of luck!

hey i had the same issue with SOLUS. However, it doesn't say i got accepted or rejected but just says to send post transcript. So is that an automatic yes?

does it say 'pending' on your SOLUS?

Hey everyone,

Just discovered this forum! I was accepted to queen's AST program in mid February. So no one else that has been accepted has received more information? Also we should start a Facebook group haha.

Hey guys,

Just got an offer for Nipissing! Still waiting to hear for Western and York.

I was wondering if anyone knows where I'd be able to potentially talk to a student that is already in the program to get some advice.

I just checked my mosaic too and see I was given a condition offer for Mac. I'm at Mac right now and graduating this year, I think my cGPA is somewhere around 10.8/12 or a 3.8. Can't wait to meet everyone!

If anyone has gotten into Western, could you please post your gpa or % overall? Would really like to know how far down they have to go on the acceptance list to get to my average
