I didn't see a recent thread like this, so I thought it might be interesting to share.
Mine: 105 in LTC, 108 in acute care.
Anybody else care to share?
102 man perfed his bowel due to diverticular dx. Was booked for a ICU review post op but didn't need it. Came back to the Ward post laporotomy.
In the same room asthe 30 something lap chole. Put the young guy to shame was up and out of bed DB&C with minimal pain relief while the lap chole guy in the same room was wailing like we had ripped him open with no anaesthesia.
Surgeon was looking after them both cracked it with the young Guy told him the old Guy had fought in Europe and PNG was 3 times his age and was doing all that was required of him. Worked a treat!
Celebrated a 100th birthday in an Australian rural hospital that had nursing home beds. She got up every morning chose her dress and cardigan and jewelry. Needed help getting her jewelry on and the second arm of her cardigan. Then I would set her up to do her face, leave her to it and go and attend to someone else. By the time I'd get back she would be ready to walk with her gutter frame to the dining room for breakfast
Had a 102 year old in acute care. She came in because of n/v. I actually had an opportunity to sit down with her because I had a light assignment (extremely rare given the fact that I'm a float nurse). She was sharp but had some hearing loss. I adjusted my voice so she could hear me. She was so funny and had a very interesting conversation about husbands. And a couple things she said had me blushing and I'm usually very stoic and don't show a lot of emotion. I even took her for a walk down the hallway and we sat by the window for a while.

104 year old Male in Gero-Psych. I don't remember his Reason for Admission. But I do remember talking with him one night and asking him to recall his First Memory. He said he must have been about 3 or 4 years old and was lying in his bed one morning while it was still dark outside. He said he could see his Father outside of the window, passing by, carrying a Kerosene Lantern, going out to feed the Chickens.
This Man could recall a memory from 100 years ago. That was quite something.

I've only ever worked in a hospital setting....106. Getting up to the commode. Couldn't hear worth a dime, but that's okay when you're 106 I think.
