OHSU ABSN 2022

Hi, I wanted to open this topic for anyone that applied to OHSU's ABSN or ABSN-DNP 2022 programs!

The email I got for Portland's ABSN program said upon my reply, they will email back the essay instructions and prompts. 

Which campus did you apply to?

I remember OHSU saying that Portland would be an essay interview while Ashland would be mor traditional interview. Has anyone gotten an interview invite for Ashland yet?

I also applied to Portland. I wonder if it has to do with your specialty? I'm interviewing for PMHNP

Did you apply to just the ABSN program? Or the ABSN-to-DNP program? Online it says that Portland campus for just the ABSN program will get an online essay.

ABSN-DNP. My email does not mention an essay but instead an activity to complete before the interview that will take about 15 minutes

I applied to both, the traditional ABSN and the ABSN-DNP. The DNP was an interview with the admissions panel (already completed) but the ABSN is an essay.. I replied to confirm my interview interest and they are supposed to send more details in a follow up email. Both are Portland programs. I'm just wondering if its timed. Will hopefully hear back tomorrow!

I have not gotten an interview invite to Ashland.  I figure since the online interviews aren't until March 11-12, it'll probably be a few weeks before we hear anything.  But definitely post if you do!

Hi! I feel like it went pretty well. We had a lot of technical difficulties so my interview started about 25 min late. The panel was super nice and asked thoughtful questions which I apperciated.

@Jflower4 in past threads they talk about the interview questions being pretty much the same as those asked in the application. Would you say the same?
