  1. Initials are M. C. I feel like the emails regarding it were not complete. The other emails say "reach your coordinator at: .” and it's just left blank. And then the one that actually provides info gives a bad phone number and slow response to emails.
  2. Was anyone else given a number for their recruiter that brings them to a random operating service for Encinitas? Trying to get a hold of my recruiter but it seems like the number she gave was incorrect and she hasn't responded to my email that was sent over a week ago regarding onboarding lab work.
  3. Interviewed last Friday evening (May 26)! I know she said they would extend offers by this Friday at the very latest so I am glad I didn't have to wait til Friday to hear back LOL
  4. Just heard back from Scripps Green with an offer! Good luck to everyone still waiting to hear back!
  5. Mine still says accepting job applications so it's not closed for me. I wonder how often they actually update that status tho
  6. I know a little about what happens in the program. So it's 40 weeks. You'll do 20 weeks on days and 20 on nights. In the beginning you'll be with a preceptor and you will start with being responsible for one patient. Then slowly they'll build up the workload so you'll have 2 patients, 3, until you reach a full assignment. Your preceptor will fill out weekly evaluations for you and you have certain skills you must demonstrate. You will have training modules/ classes to do as well so if you are on nights they will be sure that you don't work the night before or day of the class/ training module. At the end of the 40 weeks if the unit you've been training on likes you/wants to keep you, they will hire you on. If not, you will be placed somewhere else in the hospital system to work. IDK about the OT
  7. Spoke to interviewer from Green today and she said that we will hear back within a week. So basically by the end of next week is when they will extend offers
  8. That's what I thought. I thought we had to complete our new grad residency before applying to these. Because technically even after finishing the residency we are still considered new grads. I'm gonna do some research on their website LOL
