What's the weirdest baby name?

Hi, I was wondering about some of those weird names that you've probably encountered in L&D and PP. I remember when I had my maternity rotation a couple of weeks ago, one of the nurses said she remembers a patient that named her child Placenta. I couldn't believe it that some child has to live his life named after disgusting afterbirth!

This was not a personal experience but my friend worked as an RN at a high risk Children's hospital and a mom named her son "Master of the Universe" (complete first name)....no lie!

The worst name I personally have ever heard was a beautiful little girl named "Nitzi"....sorry, made me think of lice:uhoh3:

Shetoya Montice (not sure of the spelling)- no kidding. Hank Williams Jr (Williams was not the last name and the Jr was part of the middle name I guess). Tequila Sunrise. A few Simbas around the lion-king time.

I have to say that a new OB I worked with, who did her residency in Mississippi told me she had a patient with twins name them Lemonjollo & Orangejello as was mentioned earlier. That's what they offered her on the menu every day & she thought they were "cute" names for her girls. Even worse however, was the mother who named her baby girl Chlamydia becuase it was such a beautiful name....

I have a new one. A beautiful little girl, the youngest of several for this lovely couple and they have decided the last. All of the children are girls and dad had always envisioned having a child named after him. Yea, this is not going well, is it?

So they name the little girl after her daddy Ralph, her name is Ralphnie (Ralph-nee). Poor little girl.

No lie... Today we had a lady come in the pharmacy who named her 8th child (a girl) STRAWBERRY KIWI

I am not even making this up... She said she craved that flavor a lot while pregnant with the child.... hmmm I guess that makes sense.
