Hi! I figured I start a thread (I know it's super early, but I can't be the only one that plans ahead!) for Fall 2020 admissions!
I started my application and hope to find someone else out there going through this process. I have a question though after reading other NYU ASBN threads:
Are we allowed to submit an application if we have some prerequisites courses in progress? I plan to take the remainder of my prereqs (nutrition, statistics, chem, and dev psych) during spring 2020 semester.
I'm super nervous! I have by BS in Early Childhood Education - totally different spectrums. Goodluck to everyone! Hope to hear back from someone soon ?
I was supposed to do priority deadline but my recommenders are taking a while to do my letter so I guess I'll have to do regular deadline.

usually the way it works as long as application is complete by deadline its fine. thats weird if letters have to be in. I've seen with other schools they tell the reccomenders they have 10 days from the request date

I think you need the form too. attach with transcripts
Its called a transcript matching form. it said its reccomended.
Thank you! It /does/ say we can have them sent directly to the school so I'll call tomorrow and see if they've received them/need to do it through the Common App instead. Ugh, what a pain of a process this is.

I sent it directly to them as well because it said that we can send them to the email or the school so I will also be giving them a call tomorrow as well. Hopefully it's fine for the both of us!

Nope but I did receive an email that my transcripts have been received by NYU by the schools I sent them from. I'm hoping this does not affect my application.

I got those same emails! Let me know what you find out tomorrow if you remember. Hopefully we're both alright!

so everything needs to be in by march 1st for the priority deadline right? letters of rec, essays, transcripts, etc...?
