I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

voice prompts from "no visa availability" to "the lawyer will receive information in the next 90 day"has been changed to "we are awaiting for the biometric report from the lawyer" as per inquiry at nvc minutes ago. ohhhh here we go again......i thought it was all done on july last year :) :) well..... no instructions yet has been received by my laywer so i guess i will just ready my ds230 as well as the renewal of my nbi clearance which is due to expire on july 2008.

keep us updated on the status of your case. we are one month apart in pd. mine is nov 2005. we'll just keep praying that the may vb will bring some good news for us.:typing

same here. i got the same message last night. i guess we have resubmit the ds230 and nbi clearances.... i just hope we make it this time.
received our passports this morning with our visa temp greencard stamps in them:balloons::balloons: also got our immigration papers and chest xrays which we have to present to the immigration officer at the point of entry, so now arranging to travel begining of May:yelclap:

Just a little FYI......we were never asked to produce our chest x-rays at POE and I know a few other nurses also who didn't get asked for them. So, to save you carrying them as hand luggage (which is a pain) I'd put them in your suitcases if I were you.

by the way guys, i've read from another forum that someone with a pd of feb 2006 under row has called nvcs automated response and it says lawyer will receive information in the next 90 days.let's keep praying..it's has been a long wait.

anyway, on my part, I've called my lawyer and he said he has not received anything from the NVC. any news from you guys? Fruity? ag_ph? Let's keep each other updated.
