I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

just want to let you know guys (agp, fruity,etc) that NVC received the DS230 forms for review (again) and that I need to wait for 6 to 8 weeks,blah blah...
BTW,NVC didn't ask my lawyer to submit NBI certificate (although it's expired last year). i fear that it may cause some delays again. Any input guys? Thank you..
Hi pretty neirelle, based on previous experience, it usually takes NVC only 2 weeks(not 6 weeks) to complete the review after receiving the DS230. So your case should be completed soon.
seen a post on here from lawrence ( under the heading of may 2008 visa bulletin ) about the mumbai embassy saying the VB is 2006 for rest of world 2001 for india hope it is correct and you guys become current.

hi everyone..i've seen the may 2008 vb of mumbai and its true ROW is march 1 2006...praying and hoping phils will also be march 1, 2006...God bless us all
yeheyyyy!!!!!!! They'r processing the March 2006... My priority date is March 23... I still need to wait for the June VB... Lets continue to pray that nothing will go wrong this time.
Any inputs for those pipz ahead with PD later than March 2006\??? what docs did you prepare and submit? Im positive that this time will be our turn...!!!
