Hello,

I am working on uploading documents. In the spot for Completed Verification of Acceptance/Enrollment Verification Form I get this weird prompt:

Please wait...If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDFviewer may not be able to display this type of document. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows®, Mac, or Linux® byvisiting Adobe - Error page more assistance with Adobe Reader visit Adobe - Error page is either a registered trademark or a trademark of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other countries. Mac is a trad

Does Nurse Corp send this to the school and then upload it when they get it back, or do I download it and have the school fill it out? Should I call them? Any help is much appreciated!

FutureNurseEmilyP80 I'm not sure about the Adobe error message, but I did have problems downloading the documents on my laptop so I went to the school library and it worked fine. Nurse Corps send you all the required documents and then you (and a school official if it applies) fill them out and return them. For the verification/acceptance forms, I printed them out and brought them to my nursing adviser who filled them out and returned them to me.

Ok thanks! I'm going to keep working on the others and it doesn't work in a few weeks I will call. The other download for the authorization to release information works fine, so I know my adobe is fine. It's just odd.

Came this morning!

Thanks for the heads up! (:

I'm planning on staying in SC. I got lucky in that I have 4 hospitals to choose from: Trident Hospital, Roper Hospital, MUSC, and the VA Hospital. So between those 4 places I hope to get an offer. I graduate this May so I have already begun my job search.

What about you?

Thats great! Are VA hospitals qualifying facilities? I just ask because I live in Maryland and there are three close to me, two of which are in a qualifying HPSA. I plan on applying to George washington university hospital, Washington hospital center, St. Elizabeths hospital, certain centers connected to children's national qualify, and if the veterans affairs medical centers qualify than that is my first choice for sure

Yeah the VA in Charleston qualifies. I used the HPSA address locator and I also double checked with someone through the portal and they confirmed it for me. You seem like you have a lot of choices going for you too! That's great!
