Hi...I was just accepted into Vermont Tech's nursing program for the fall--congratulations everyone! This is career #2 for me...let's keep our fingers crossed!

Hi Maleficent!

I graduated back in 1998 w/ a BA in Public Relations, but I'm heading back fall 2009 as a pre-clinical nursing student, I am part-time, two classes/semester, hoping to go into the Nursing program Spring '11!

I just processed my FASFA paperwork for my stafford loans and am ready to finally go for it!

I am very happy to find this thread! Makes me feel like I'm part of a group! LOL

Where are you? Where are you going for school?

:)

Career #2 for me too! :)

Specializes in Correctional Nursing.

I just discovered this message board and there is so much information out there for all of us starting out in nursing...where is everyone hoping to end up? Our program is a 2 year ADN so the first year you sit for the test and get the LPN license then the second year you are eligible for the RN. I don't have any idea where I would like to work...maybe in geriatric care?

i have applied to UBC and BCIT, still waiting to hear :)

I am in my second semester of General Arts & Science (Health Stream) at Durham College, and I have just received acceptances to Seneca and Georgian for Fall 2009 BScN. I am still waiting to hear from a few more schools.

Good luck everyone!
