What the title says, do you think you could pass the NCLEX after having been out of school for 2+ years?
Have an extra $150.00? That's the cost of NCSBN practice NCLEX test!
Having attended multiple conferences almost yearly, 30 CEU yearly, active participant@ allnurses x 20years, keeping up with new grads NCLEX issues, after 40yrs think I could pass this exam.
I think I could. But then I am an NCLEX panel member for the NCSBN so I do participate in the NCLEX test writing process which does give me a bit of an unfair advantage. If I can't pass the test I helped write there's something wrong with me, LOL. If not for that, then no way no how do I think I would pass. Though the NCLEX is starting something new, allowing partial credit for those dreaded SATA questions so maybe that would help?

They're just small adults……..

What was the thought process behind the next gen questions that are coming? I'm an educator at heart, but that format perplexes me..

Probably but by passing it means 70% right? LOL.
I've kept up with continuing education and current practice. But I'm not used to the current style of questioning. But I think I could pass.
