You know how you have that one favorite pen that fits just right in your hand and writes so smoothly? You get very attached to it....and then, much to your dismay it seems to grow legs and disappears. Be prepared by stocking up so you'll always have a backup.
Pilot Precise v5 retractables... always in black. Used them waiting tables and all through clinicals. I'm reluctant to lend them out, and manage to hang onto them by keeping a less-valuable pen or two in my apron or scrubs for when people need them. I also keep costs down with refill cartridges (saving a little drinking money).
I thought my husband was crazy when he goes bananas about not being able to find a pen that he likes the "feel" to when writing with it. Heck, when I'm in a hurry and I need to jot down something on scratch paper so that I don't forget it, my child's crayon will do. Now I see he's not crazy and there are many people who have a preferred pen☺ï¸
I never put my pen down and I never ever let anyone borrow it. I lost only 1 favorite pen and I vowed to never lose another one afterwards.Sent from my iPhone using allnurses
I picture you holding a pen, at the ready, at all times, to, at any moment, put tip to paper and start writing......
On your mark.....
Get set.......
