I'm talking to hospitals in Ghana willing to host our volunteer team. Things we've been discussing includes but not limited to, the number of nursing coming, accomodation options and most importantly what we'll be doing there. I'll keep u updated.

I have wanted to go to Africa for years but I will be just finishing Practical nurse program in May. If I am qualified to go, I will make it happen. As a matter of fact, I think I will start working on getting a passport this week!

Keep us all posted. Any idea on costs?

Good idea. I got my passport years ago but I have a friend who just got her passport. It took them 5 months to process d/t all the security checks.
