Electric water and sewer cost me an average of 230/month for a family of 4, groceries are cheaper than anywhere else I've lived. Frequently I can buy a gallon of milk for $1.89!! I just bought T-bones today for $6.99/lbs!! Gas is cheap, not unusual if under $2/gallon... When it hits $2.29 i complain 😂😂

The cost of living index in the city I live in outside of Portland is 105.9, meaning it's slightly more expensive than the national index of 100.
Our mortgage is about 1300$ a month for a 3 bedroom townhome, central to a lot of locations and public transportation, and work! :)

Depending on how many extra shifts I pick up can make 75,000 to 80,000 (. I'm single to try to limit the number of extra shift as uncle sams eats me up in taxes.
I don't have a house payment as I own my home but a 1700 sq ft 4 bedroom3 bath double car garage home cost about 225000 depending on location
