Hello perspective nursing classmates! Applying to any nursing program is nerve wrecking but I'm hoping this thread will allows us to help each other and support one another during this difficult process. Some of us have been through this more than once; hopefully it will be the last. I want to wish all of us the best of luck! :nurse:

Thanks giggles, also the physical form on the website Seems short like it doesn't ask any height, weight, Bp questions it only ask the date the physical was done and the physician name. Is that the one we use?

I have no idea. I plan on calling nova regarding the physical form. It's the only form I'm missing

Hey giggles and futurenurse I completed the form that Nova set out for us. When I spoke to A.W about it, she pulled up my magnus portal file and said it was fine. Call and make sure though because Ive been having problems with this whole immunization thing. Im going back to the doctor's office for the third time because of it :( Make you sure you ask exactly what needs updated and write it down so you have a checklist.

Futurenurse do you mean you're going to the Davie campus? Thats where Im going.

Good luck to everyone starting their journey tomorrow for the Fall we will all see

each other eventually, the winter class anxiouslly awaits for our orientation day. OMG I CANT WAIT!!! all my winter classmates see you guys soon b/c time flys = ) we are only getting closer. GOOOOOOO SHARKS!

Hey everyone! Just so updates for our class:

Immunizations- according to nova's website we are suppose to download our physical and immunization forms from the Magnus website. Once you log into your Magnus account there is a download forms link under student tracker - it should be a total of four pages. And yes the physical examination form only includes your name, social, college program, date of birth, and physican information. According to A.W, nova does not require any further information. If you have problems or questions call 954-262-1087. Email or messag me and I can send you the persons contact info

Winter term online information- I spoke to A.O today regarding when Nova will post our class information online, such as our schedule, book list, etc. According to A.O we should expect to see the winter term information posted and updated as of November or December.
