Hello perspective nursing classmates! Applying to any nursing program is nerve wrecking but I'm hoping this thread will allows us to help each other and support one another during this difficult process. Some of us have been through this more than once; hopefully it will be the last. I want to wish all of us the best of luck! :nurse:

I got in the Davie Campus. I don't know if u know about it but you should check out this blog on allnurses called 'How is the BSN entry level nursing program at Nova'. It has a lot of good info about what to expect when we start. This is going to be a hard 27 months but if we help each other it will make it a little easier.

Futurenutrire have you paid all your fees? Also, when are they due I know the 500 is due 2weeks after Acceptance. How about the other two 250?

Hey Futurenurse, yes I paid all of my fees. The first 250 is due November 15 (deposit fee). The second 250 is due December 1st (Pre-registration fee).

I finally got my acceptance letter today. I know I got to pay the 500 dollars now, if anyone can help me with the rest of the process, i would appreciate it, Thanks

Hey I upoaded my physical and shots on the magnus portal a couple of weeks ago. But they are still in pending approval. How long does it take? Does anyone know?

Hey guys, I received an invitation to go to Nova's open house on Friday October 22 from 3pm-7 pm and Saturday October 23 from 9am-2pm. I think this would be a great opportunity for us to meet! Let me know who else received the invite and let me know what you guys think about a possible meet up.

elythefly3= congrats! i believe you were a pending a student from the fall term, correct? if not congratulations either way:yeah:!! if you give me your email i can send you a list of what to do next, i did it for one of the other girls. :)

futurenurse809= i also did my immunization months ago (in july) and they are still pending. i'm about to contact someone at nova regarding how long it takes to post. from my understanding they may pend till we actually start the program, but i don't know if this information is correct:confused:. i do know we have until the beginning of the 2nd semester to complete the immunization since that's when we start clinicals.

futurenutrire= i have not received an open house invitation, how did you get one? i would love to go and meet more of our future classmates. please send me the information. thanks

Congrats to those who got in :-) Let me know what campus you got into! Also, as for the immunizations, you dont need them until beginning of April. Hope this info helps! Let me know!
