Hey I was wondering who has applied to the Nursing Program @ Nova starting fall 2010?

I would like to know of any updates any one has heard on the process, interviews, etc.

hey everyone, I'm still pending too! I feel the same way as linda and ralph. I am super nervous about not hearing from them by now. I am trying to accept the fact that I just not be getting accepted. Like Linda, If i do get a call with "great news" then I will be more than grateful but I just feel like there is no more hope...

You know today I started to think that maybe they are just sending out denial letters last.. :( Maybe I'm in that pile...OMG..I am not going to think of it anymore.

If indeed we get those denial letters I'd be REALLY upset..but not because I didn't get in..but because they waited nearly 5 months to tell me i'm denied lol..its going to ok girls..no worries...if things don't go our way for this semester we will have plenty of opportunities to start a nursing program in the spring..high hopes girls!

Hi guys I'm also waiting to hear something from NOVA :( I'm starting to lose hope because I have the feeling that if they haven't told us something by now it's because we weren't accepted:( I hope we all hear something soon so we can put an end to our agony lol. Good luck to all who are still waiting and keep me updated on any new info!

Has anyone been accepted to the Baptist Scholarship?

Does anyone know if the VIP status changes when you get denied? I heard of it changing when you get accepted, but i'm still pending and i'm worried worried worried!!! When does the committee meet anyways? I know it's not every day.

I don't know. But I'm still pending and my VIP page has not changed. I guess we will find out by next week July 1!! :confused:

Hey guys! Yes the VIP changes once you are accepted but if you are denied it will state it under the checklist... like right now you guys might have something saying your application is currently being reviewed or something.... if you are accepted it will say Congratualations! if you are denied it will say something like you didnt fit the criteria or whatever. However, i am not sure about anything else. I am sorry to hear that all of you are still waiting...... it SUCKS :crying2: I would be all over the place, i know its tiring to hear but hang in there and if its your fate then it will come to you, as late in the game it will come. You could also be on the waiting list for right now just in case someone misses the payment deadline or if they dont accept NSU as their nursing option... because i received a phone call that i needed to make my deposit by 7/6 this morning... i already sent it in but that could mean they are calling everyone that needs to make payment soon to secure their spot in the program... so you could be on the waiting list... its possible?

As foe the baptist scholars, so far no one has received anything because interviews are still being conducted at this point. They wait until all interviews are done to send out the letters. The deadline is 6/30 and i submitted my application this morning and i will most likely be in the Wednesday June 30th group for last interviews... so im pretty much in the last group... i think after next week people should start getting their acceptance letters or whatnot. Im so nervous about it... AYYYYY so many people have applied!! AAHHHHHHHHHH the anxiety never ends! :lol2:

keep me posted ladies on whatever you need... and i will try to give you support.... pray and find peace with what it is... hang in there

I got my acceptance email last week! im so excited. i know a friend of mine who is conditionally accepted but she hasnt gotten her acceptance yet, so i dont know what that means. we applied at the same time. so hopefully she'll hear back from NSU soon! it sucks how long we all have to wait to hear back from anyone! i just kept emailing and calling! I paid the $500 to keep my seat so now all i have to do is wait til Aug 31st!

i hope everyone hears back from them soon! i hate how they keep everyone waiting. a friend of mine waited since jan to hear a decision!
