Has anyone applied for the Nova BSN program starting Jan 2010? If so, have you received any letters regarding the status of your application and when did you apply? What was your cummulative g.p.a and are you currently taking any pre-reqs? I applied mid August and still haven't received anything by mail. :(

ah that's good to hear ... at least i know its in the works ... i submitted it after you so hopefully they will get to me soon! i currently have a 3.4 as well but by the end of this semester if all goes as planned i should have a 3.6 ... im taking my last pre-reqs ... are you planning on applying for the baptist scholarship as well?

oh.... thats probably why they haven't called you. They are most likely going to wait till they have all of your grades; till they have your grades for your pre-reqs. If I get in, I will apply to the baptist scholar. I already for baptist and I can't image working for anyother company. I think that once your grade come in at the end of the semester is when you will here from Nova.

they actually told me if i was a potential candidate they would call me regardless of my pre-reqs and accept me tentatively ... once my final grades come in they would make a final decision as to accepting me or not ... we'll see ... i have a lot of friends that work at baptist that applied to the program as well

Hello all. I submitted my application over the summer for Jan 2010 entry. I received a call on October 5th for my interview on October 7th. Be prepared to be there for a couple of hours. You will begin with writing a quick essay, then watch a short video, take a tour of the campus and then the interviews take place. The interview process really is not that bad. Try to relax and answer their questions the best you can. A professor and a past student did the interviewing. They will ask you about 10 questions. At the end of your interview you will have a chance to ask questions, definately have one to ask.

I received my acceptance letter this week, but I'm in limbo between Nova & UM. I wish you all the best of luck. Hope this helps.

Hey everyone, i too applied to Nova and had my interview on Oct 28th! I though it went well but then again you never really know. Im so anxious, i hope i make it in! good luck to us all!

after your interview, did you receive a letter of acceptance? or did they tell you how long you have to wait? after my interview on friday (november 6, 2009), they told all of us (me and the four other girls) that we would be hearing back in 4-6 weeks.... so i was wondering if you had received anything yet?

My interview went well ( I guess) I'm not too sure; I was very nervous. I did answer all the questions and I had a few questions for them at the end. I guess we will have to just wait and see....

Hi, yes i was told the same thing. She said i would be hearing from them in about 5 weeks. I cant believe someone's already gotten an acceptance letter. Kinda makes me nervous lol
