I will be attending Nova starting January. In order to apply for the baptist scholarship you first must be accepted into one of the nursing schools that offers the baptist scholarship. I believe the schools are Nova,Barry,MDC and Florida keys College. But yes first you must be accepted in the program.

I went to Nova today and spoke to several girls there. I found out the lab coats run really big, so if your relatively small you should order the smallest ( i ordered a larger size thinking they were "normal" sizes). Then i stopped by the bookstore and the XS scrubs are huge!! lol. The lady told me if i order the scrubs online to give them a call after with the order number so they can make them into XS petite. Just thought you guys would like to know!

wow this i one of the most ridicolous things i have read! and how am i "pushing people off"? by not telling them the questions they asked me? fortunately the baptist interviewers are smarter than that and know there are people like you, who give other unfair advantages, so they change the questions. thank god for that!! how can you tell me i am what is wrong in this society? do you know me? no! i do agree with you, on the fact that if you get the scholarship it's because it was meant for you, however calling me selfish and self absorbed because im saying you shoud not be posting private questions is hilarious! if you come here and reveal private info, i question your ethics!! as a nurse you will be responsible for alot of personal information. seriously the last thing i want to do is argue, but anyone knows that what i wrote in my first post to you is only common sense and is only courteous to others who have interviewed before.

They did not ask me any of those questions! I personally thought the interview questions were much easier than the NOVA questions. BTW i would just like to say, that i dont think it is right you are actually posting the questions they asked. You do realize we are COMPETING for this? It is NOT right and very unfair to others that interviewed without having pre knowledge of the questions. Just thought that was obvious...

Baptist is basically like a chain of several hospitals, very well known especially here in South Florida. With the Baptist program you take classes here in the Nova kendall campus and some i believe also in part of the hospitals. And yes the cover entire tuition as long as you work for three years for them. I do not believe there is a catch lol. Im going on my interview in 2 hours and im sooooo nervous, preparing what i will say and scared of the questions i cant predict they'll ask ! Im sure i will know alot more about exactly how it works once im done today..

I took it back to Nova on Nov 30th (5th floor). They gave it to a woman that then takes them to baptist. I would say hurry though, because when i went to drop it off the woman thought i had missed the deadline but then they called the woman and said no that she was still accepting applications. Just turn it in as soon as you can.

ok thanx yes i called too and they told me the same thing. By the way if your curious on baptist, i have an interview with them on tuesday.

Who said their program is three years? Isnt in only 27 months? Thats only 2 years and 3 months.

the email said 3-4 classes per semester. Did anyone get their Shark link ID or email? because i put my info in (SSN and month and day of birth) and it says an error message.

Everyone who has been accepted check your emails!! They have sent out a lot of new information regarding the rest of the prcedures.

They called back my Baptist interview is on Dec 15! Anyway I paid my fees on the 30th and have not heard or received anything from Nova either..

Hey Liv, well i had missed the call but got the voicemail with a woman saying she wanted to schedule an appointment for a panel interview and to please call back. Well.. ive been calling all weekend and today but noone is picking up the line! It eventually goes to voicemail for the nursing scholarship but i cant leave a message cause the inbox is full. Soooooo frustrating!! I might go tomoroow in person because i dont want to miss this opportunity. Have you gotten a call?
