Congrats to all of us that were accepted to the nursing program at either campus for Fall '06!!!!

Also, congrats for making it to the next semester to all new 2nd - 4th semester NLC/ECC student nurses & congrats to the graduates! :balloons:

correction, we still had blueprints, butit said the same thing as the syllabus, so it really was just a waste of paper,lol

You definately need your clinical syllabus. I used that both semesters. We did have to sign a form from the course syllabus, but if you were determined not to purchase it, you could easily get a copy of it.

We (NLC and ECC) had our hospital orientation at the same time at Parkland. So you will meet Funny there. ;)

I was always happy to see strangers in ECC uniform there. I would just start talking to them in the cafeteria, in front of nursing administration, on the floor, everywhere. :monkeydance:

Hi again! We're heading back now...staying the night in Pensacola tonight. I can't wait to get home!!

We really did have a great time, and my Danskos proved to be a Godsend on my feet with all that walking!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha

We went to all the main Disney parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios) several times, as well as Universal and Adventure Island. (Two parks divided by a City Walk of stores, bars, etc...kindof ridiculous that it's not all one park.)

It has a Hard Rock Cafe, so we had lunch there one day.

I'm looking forward to meeting all of ya'll from ECC who have the Parkland clinical!! Y'all know what I look like! haha
