I have just checked eConnect and my grades are there. :monkeydance:

The next clinical schedule is not there yet. I know they still have 3 days to put it online but can't they hurry up? ;)

:lol2: Katie....I'm feeling the same way! My internet time is dwindling down!!! I may/may not have it in the hotels on the way down, but I'm not paying $9.95/24 hours of internet at Disney when we are staying 8 days there!

I'll have to do it at least once to be able to check the schedule & see if I can't email it to the HCA Cares rep. I don't think I'm going to be able to make the Jan. 5th deadline, but I've given Kanora a heads up already.

She said she'll put me back in if I get unregistered d/t nonpayment.

Did you do positive thinking before the test? Did you tell yourself how great it was to take the hesi because you studied a lot, and you were ready to make a high passing score? Did you see yourself being happy during and after the test? Did you smile before the test and cheer for others and yourself? ;)

So, virtual clinicals takes more time to complete than hesi case studies? I am happy that you already done with the case studies.

Katie

Actually, Katie, I didn't do any of the above. In the past when I have thought that way- it has been a successful outcome.

Yeah- these case studies were a total breeze. It was like Nursing 101. We've become so accustomed to these detailed questions that I was just laughing at the questions popping up on the screen. I didn't get below 100% on any one of them hahaha. It was completely unhelpful and a waste of time but I'm glad it didn't consume any more time than that!!!

Wahoo!! Congrats, Amy! :D

:) Thanks everybody! Now I just have to find a JOB. I am gonna be out every day (except weekends) until I find a job. Including this week, I have 4 more weeks at my current job. I sure hope I find something before I leave my current job.

I'm pounding the pavement, too -- so, if you hear of something that's on weekends that you don't want, pass it my way :D

I was also going to mention something that's already been mentioned before but it's worth mentioning again- KNOW ERIKSON inside and out. KNOW age appropriate toys!!!! KNOW what different ages should be doing like riding a tricycle or throwing a ball over their head and stuff like that. There are at least 3 growth and development questions on every test and if you know the stuff- there's at least 6 points which could make a huge difference. I wish I would have studied that stuff over the summer. Just learn all you possibly can about growth and development!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am I right, Katie and Christy?!

Yes! It's a good idea to memorize what a 1-2-3-4-5-6 months old can do. I had the most problem with the very young ones.
