Is this the correct address of NMC? Should i add Oversees Registration Department in the address like in the forms> thanks guys!

Just add the Overseas Registration Department so your docs will not be lost since they will note its from an overseas applicants..

I am still waiting for one more week to claim the prc documents.

oh i meant 4 more filipinos to join in our unit alone but i know that there are more who'll be coming on the 24th :)
