Hello! after the nmc has received your file, it takes 10 to 15 days (holidays, weekends not included) for it to be put on queue. From there, you can send an email to the NMC enquiry to ask the actual date your application is put on queue. From that date, you wait for 40 to 70 days before you can receive any feedback. Again on counting those days, weekends and holidays not included.

i heard you are set to go sometime in october. Your COS will maybe be released in a week or two

if you haven't taken the IELTS exam yet, i suggest you take the UKVI academic. the UK visa immigration office will only accept regular IELTS until first week of November.
