Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!
Congratulations!! How long have you waited for the decision?
I have waited 12 weeks :)
To some who have worries, I sent my TOR, Declaration of Good Health and Reference forms in one folder. I did not even bother separating them or sealing them in separate envelopes. Haha! They do accept the "trodat" stamp of the doctor who will sign your declaration form. Lastly for those who uploaded .jpeg files instead of .pdf, you're in luck! I did not know we have to upload PDF copies of our files, good thing NMC accepted .jpeg, I think as long as they can read/assess it then it is just fine. Good luck you guys! ^_^

First, congratulations !:) Second, it's a relief because I uploaded the files in JPEG. Indeed, 12 weeks is a long wait but God truly is good. Patience is always a virtue! Good luck and hope you'll share your thoughts and experience regarding the OSCE when you're finally done with it. Thanks!
Hi guys! Just received this email from NMCYour application for registration with the NMC has been reviewed. We are pleased to inform you that you can now proceed to the next stage of the application process.
Please login to the portal to download your decision letter. You may also contact the University of Northampton to arrange your Part 2 – Test of competency.
Has anyone received theirs today? I've encountered problems along the way but it goes to show that a lot of patience does pay off. Kudos to us. :-)
WOW!!!! Congratulations!!!
12 WEEKS?! That's a long time. I'll have to wait until October, if that happens. I just hope, I won't be retaking the IELTS because that will surely be a waste of time and money. T-T
Hi there petrick, CONGRATULATIONS!
I just want to know was that 12 weeks counting from the day you sent the docs via courier or from the time the docs reached London? You mentioned you encountered problems along the way, what were they?
I, like most of the people here who are also in the waiting game, am inspired because of the progress of your application and we have high hopes that we share the same good news as yours SOON. Again, congratulations! Keep us posted!
@lg_loveliegrace, sure I'll keep you posted. NMC sent me an email that I can pay for the OSCE as to have a sched but I still have to email the hospital for I know the cost of the exam will be deducted in our salary.
@johnnnius, sent my docs last april 17, got the DL just yesterday. Well, I received an email may 9 from nmc telling me that 3 of my docs (ToR, Reference letters and Declaration of Good Health) were not received yet so I called them and they advised me to call back after 10 days for they receive an overwhelming number of applications a day. I made a follow up after 10 days and they said I am already on the assessment queue. This will be a real test of patience, just hang on and keep that positive attitude ^_^
Good day everyone!
I just had a conversation from a certain agency here in the Philippines about the process of NMC registration and was flabbergasted to know from them that the validity of CBT exam is good only for 6 months. Tried to inquire that maybe he's referring to the ATT to which he said he isn't. As follow up, I asked what would happen if I wasn't able to meet that 6-month validity and was told that I would need to take the CBT again if I'm not deployed within that window period.
I would really appreciate anyone who can shed light on this. Might be able to help me decide to re-schedule my CBT until an offer from them is guaranteed. I have an offer from another agency though, but I'd like to weigh their offers (just in case I'm selected by both employers)
Dear dodoy,
Whoever you spoke to from that "agency" about the cbt is probably a stuck-up prude who doesn't know what he's talking about. As far as i can remember the cbt is valid for 2 years, you can check that in the qualifications page of your online portal once you've passed the cbt.
Now I need you to get back to that person and tell him to shut up and do his research first before speaking.
Oh and there's proof incase that idiot still disagrees.
Thank you.

Thank you for that enlightening post. Relieved me from additional anxieties apart from my upcoming exam. I was just somehow convinced with what that agency associate told me since he's from one of the known agencies deploying nurses to the UK here in the Philippines.
Your response is highly appreciated! Thanks buddy and God bless us on our pursuits.
