I just found out yesterday i was accepted into nursing school! I start in 15 days! and all i can feel is stress and anxiety and nervousness versus happiness and excitement? Is this normal? Im thinking its just because everything is happening SOOO fast!

Yup...and be prepared to learn to live with some degree of anxiety while you're in school. It's totally normal.
That being said, if you let it, school can be FUN! As much as doing all of this makes me anxious, I also love it because I am have a good time while learning all of this.
Good luck and congrats!!! I hope you enjoy school as much as I do!

It's normal, but try not to be too stressed. You're going to be stressed for almost the whole program, so TRY and enjoy your last 15 days of freedom! It's a tough program but everything you learn is going to apply to your future, so it's fun.

Congratulations on getting into a Nursing program!
I was in your position a year ago and, man, within that year, I learned a lot.
It's normal to feel anxious - you probably worked really hard to get into the program and now that you are in, you are looking forward to actually start to learn what it is to be a Nurse.
But as Tech1000 said above, try to focus on your last 15 days of not being a nursing student.
A tip though - if you make sure you have fun with your fellow nursing students, the anxiety does tend to be less.

Congrats! I was just accepted into my program as well, and I can definitely relate! Are you going for RN?? We start in August, so I have some time to prepare but I am sooo excited, yet so nervous at the same time. I have been shopping for shoes, stethoscopes, penlights, etc. I absolutely can not wait. But I am so nervous to start clinicals and everything. I have been taking pre reqs for so long that I am anxious to be starting the real thing!

Go you!! Yes, it is completely normal and will feel a lot like riding a roller coaster until you graduate. I was so excited...went to orientation and came home crying. They scared me to death. I was afraid that if I so much as "sneezed wrong" I'd get thrown out. I haven't been thrown out yet and I'm half-way done (whew). Best wishes!!!!

I will be starting in August and I am very nervous! I have waited a LONG time to get in, so I am excited also. Can't wait to make some new friends along the way.

Very normal! You will feel this probably the entire time you are in school, until you are where I am (studying for NCLEX) and I can imagine we will all even feel this way once we have jobs. Its an amazing profession and the accomplishment you have already achieved (getting in) is an amazing one. Stay in the books-attend class-take nclex questions (relating to what your studying-as you go) and you will do great! Good luck!! :)

like everyone else said, I am sure it is totally normal.. I am in the same boat right now.. I was so excited when I got my acceptance letter, and I still had a few classes to take this summer to get my pre reqs out of the way.. I immediately started freaking out about those classes thinking "gosh I have to pass these because if I don't how the heck will I handle nursing school?!" And so far.. high 90's on all A&P tests.. I think we underestimate ourselves which causes nerves.. oh and the fear of the unknown :-) I am not too scared about the class and tests, but I am totally freaking out about clinicals.. but at the end of the day I just think "Hey everyone else is going to be right there with me in the same boat and we are there to learn!" So congrats on getting in, and even though its hard, try to relax!

My gosh! 15 days!!! Thats it??? We found out back in March and we've had orientation and now we have 3 months to prepare! I feel for you I'd be wigging out as well if I only had 15 days to prepare! But you will do fine, just breathe.
