browse through and intentionally open headlines that "bug" you so you can let them know this?

Man, who ARE these freaks who think they have the right to tell off long term quality contributors to this site when they've achieved all of 7 posts? I've been a member since 2012 and still feel like I'm pretty new comparatively.....and while I admit to occasional snark I know better than to pee in everyone's Cheerios if I want stick around.
