New Mexico Licensure Question

Oh my gosh Suzanne4, I need your help. I just mailed my application last January 31 and they received it February 4. Since the new application forms have been launched last Feb8, would my application still be valid? Or would they return it to me because I need to mail the new application form? :no:

I would suggest to contact them directly. It is entirely on their discretion on what to do.

Usually, they would consider the date it was actually mailed but then again, the issue is that the Boards do not like to review foreign transcripts anymore and those that has filed from last year's batch are taking an ave. of 5-6 mos. already. It may actually be to your advantage if they just return everything.

NM has Updated their requirements for licensure exam.
just wanna ask if these new requirements are only for new applicants?
btw.. does anyone of previous applicants received their eligibility.. I just wanna know if in which month the board is working on.

as with the new NM requirements, does CES evaluates without a local license?

i think i have a problem... i have submitted my application last july 07 and i still haven't received my att... i already tried calling them and emailing them but their response was that they were processing the backlogs... i am getting really worried about this... hoping for some kind help

Hey, kankuro...if you sent in your application last july, i wouldn't worry too much if i were you. I believe the CES requirement applies to those applications that had not been received before the end of january. I'm sure your application has already reached the US way before that time. You can recheck the NM BON website. They had just recently posted new instructions intended specifically for foreign applicants to view. I think the cut-off date is there. Try it.

Hi everyone! I finally received news from nm bon today. I got this email...

"Your file is now complete with the board. You need to register with Pearson VUE for receipt of your ATT. You can register online at: www.pearsonvue.com/nclex"

Thank God the wait is over... Now I have to double my efforts to study. I'm really behind...

All in all, it took 6 months! Whew...

Dear moderators, i just have a question. Now that I finally got the notice to register with pearson vue, can I delay it a bit? Can I register next month and let the 3 month countdown start from then? All of a sudden I'm anxious about the time... Geez, I'm scared to take the test.

Thank you silverdragon :-) I'll probably register with them mid march...

it's quite a relief to get that email from the nm bon, but i dint expect to be this anxious. i'll let it sink it first then focus on the next task.

hi there! i'm a bit confused with NM's new aplication requirements.. do i still need to have CES eventhough i already have a CGFNS certificate? thanks..

hi everyone! I am from the philippines and i am planning to endorse my NM license to NY. Can somebody be kind enough to help me? anyone else that's in the same situation? the process, requirements and fees... everything.. please? do i have to be in the US in order to start endorsing?
