New Mexico Licensure Question

Hi everyone. Does anyone know how one should go about applying for the State board in New Mexico? After the school sends the official transcript and after completing the fingerprinting requirements, how long will it take before one could be given an ATT? Thanks and have a nice day!

i just received my eligibility last january 31, 2007 from new mexico stating that "your file is now complete with the board. you need to register with pearson vue for receipt of your att. you can register online at: www.pearsonvue.com/nclex" i filed my application last july 16, 2007.

unfortunately, my pearsonvue was already expired. so, guys please wait for your eligibility before registering to pearsonvue.

This is why always tell you never to register with Pearson-Vue until you know that your credentials have been approved by the BON, or you run the chance of losing the money that you paid to them.

There are always circumstances that crop up that are out of anyone's control, but then you are out the $200 and have to repay it all over again.

Your choice as to what to do, but there is always a reason why we tell you something here.

hi guyz.. it's me again.. well the waiting is over.. i receive my eligibility just now... i registered at pearson last january 28.. so now im just waiting for my att to arrive..

HI......just took NCLEX yesterday and Im so worried about the results....It was hard really!!! Now, I've checked NM's website and I saw my name there under the license verification!!!!Did it mean I passed???Because my account with Pearson says that my exam result is not yet available....

NM BON won't place your name there if you didn't pass the exam.

anyway, can i ask when you sent your documents to nm bon? also, i heard from some people (contrary to what i've read), is it true that upon receiving your eligibility to take the exam from the nm bon, that you are only given 3 months to take it? i thought that the eligibility is good for 365 days, meaning you have a year to take the exam, and that only upon registering with pearson vue that you are given three months to take it. please, which is which? now i'm panicking because if i'm only given 3 mos. from receiving eligibility to take the exam, i have to "triple" time on my reading...

hi.. my sister bought my documents in NM BON last week of july,(because im here in the philippines and she's already working there in NM).. please moderators correct me if im wrong, but as far as i know, :idea:eligibility is valid for a year while your att is valid for 3 months.. ciao!;)
