Graduated with BSN Dec 13, had a job offer that same week and was scheduled to start after passing NCLEX. Had to give it up before even starting due to relocating to a different state! ?

Been here since March and am scheduled to start my job on the 21st! Cannot wait!! ?

Graduated in New Hampshire May 2012,

Applied to a ridiculous amount of jobs, no one anywhere in the northeast wanted a new grad.

Moved to North Carolina and applied to a ton more jobs, finally got an interview after about six weeks for a new grad residency program, and I've been in that position ever since.

Good luck!! Moving may not be the answer for everyone, but it's what I had to do and it's been incredible.

I started seriously looking for jobs in August, went on 3 interviews after applying for a few dozen jobs, in September interviewed at my current job but didnt start until beginning of November. So 4 months or 2 months depending on how you look at it :)

Had a job as a LPN transitioned to RN status at a Substance abuse facility.

Did apply to new grad programs at local hospitals but did not get selected.

Applied to several hospital jobs automatically says I am not selected since I am a new grad at both hospital systems in the area so I have given up and staying with my position until my "new grad" 6 month period is up.
