So, I just got my acceptance letter today, and I see that quite a few people have received their letters recently. I can't believe I made it, and am half afraid that I will get another letter saying "Oops, wrong person". Anyways, now that I have that out of the way and have crossed that hurdle, I am so excited and nervous. I have little idea of what to expect outside of what I read on these forums. As much work as I have put into getting in to the program, I am nervous that I will get too overwhelmed and fail out or something. Who knows.

That is great. Waiting was nerve wracking. 2 months into the program and I am still anxious. Can't wait to finish the semester and be on break.
Congrats!!!

Congrats!! What school are you going to? Did you have to take the NET to get in? I am taking it in a few weeks and I am so so nervous......I just wish it was here already. I think now you can sit back and enjoy your acceptance letter!!! Good for you! :nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse:
Northern Michigan University. I didn't have any test to get in. It was based solely on GPA. Once in the program, we will be taking HESIs at the end of every semester, but until then, nothing. Where are you going to? Good luck on your test, and thank you!

That is so funny, I totally had that whole thought too what if they called and said we had the wrong person, haha
I have called twice to make sure they got my deposits...they probably think I am crazy, but I keep having a dream where they have given my spot away because of no deposit!
I'm getting paranoid about whether I marked the box "Yes, I accept" when I mailed my acceptance slip back...I think I'm going to shoot them an email...juuust in case..
haha..yeah do it, just to calm the fear..a couple of weeks the paranoia will subside
I'm sure you're right. Now, my friends and I are in the 'it's too good to be true phase'

My advice stay excited all the way though nursing school, never take it light at any given moment!
Thanks...I read somewhere on here that NS is a gift..Don't give it up lightly.

Yes, it is a gift; if you can get through all the pre-req's, you can get through NS!!!
