Hi all!!! Is anyone out there applying for the Nurse Education Loan Repayment for 2011..I came across the thread for 2010 but was just looking for some additional support...ahhhh!!!!!!!! Its so stressful!

Are you talking about the email everyone is getting now? With the forms for you to send back?

It's interesting your dates didn't change first though! Who knows how they do anything...

Yes I'm talking abut the email that you need to fax the forms back. I got one from the blue team on July 14th I believe. Whenever the first set of emails came out. I'm nor sure if my dates not changing is a bad thing or whatever theories people came up with are wrong. Who knows with HRSA! I'm not going to think either way about, its a lot less stressful that way.

That's crazy your dates didn't change! Not a single one? I know only one from each lender changed for a couple of us, while all the dates changed for others. And apparently they don't change at all for some of us. Crazy! I'm trying not to think about it too, but it's hard! Good thing it's almost August! Maybe we'll start hearing something! Does anyone know how we will be contacted from HRSA if we are part of the lucky ones? I was just curious. Is it in August that we will be contacted? I thought it was Septemeber.

In the past, it's been by actual mail. The email I received says the contracts will be signed in August and September, so I'm guessing we can find out as soon as next month and as late as September. But no one really knows how it will all play out.

Well part of the email we all received had the contracts in it to sign already. So if we get awarded, it will be just the letter saying how much we're getting and what exactly we have to do next. Then we'll start getting deposits. At this point, what I am trying to say, for those who have gotten emails we no longer need to worry about signing contracts because we all already did! so good luck to everyone! Now it's just a waiting game I guess. I keep counting down weeks to go with this and check check checking my mailbox!!

I think what Tess meant was that the email stated they would be signing the contract on their end sometime between August and September; at least that's what mine said, too.
