Hey all,

I've been silently following you guys since we all started the application process, but now I'm going crazy and need to join in the posting!

I'm from Ohio, no email yet...but I did have a credit inquiry on 6/3 and on the same day that strange mortgage company inquired on my report as well. I just realized this tonight. I also logged onto the website and my dates were changed on 6/3 for most of my loans. I'm not really sure what to think!

Anyone else from Ohio? If so, any news?

Hey guys,

So I haven't received an email yet either. I am in WA and my ratio is 118%. I had my dates change and a credit check way back in March. I'm thinking my ratio just wasn't high enough to receive an email or maybe I filled something out incorrectly... I guess we'll see! Congrats to everyone who got the emails!

Yay! It makes me happy to see all the newcomers posting! I hope it's a good sign many of you are still having dates change, receiving credit checks, etc. Another step you can check is to call your lenders and ask if anyone has called to obtain payoff amounts. I had my dates change 4/26 and the credit check and lender payoff amounts were obtained within the next two days. I don't think it's a guarantee with just the dates changing and the credit inquiry because it's doesn't even sound like the email is a guarantee!

Another selfish reason I'm glad people with low 100's ratios are still getting date changes/credit checks is because it makes me think those of us in the first round of emails don't need to worry about funds running out if they are STILL looking into ppl with lower ratios right?

Hey all! I am actually on vacation and couldn't help myself. Had to check the bloggin action! So yeah, wow there are definitely a lot more comments on here now that some people are getting emails! Good luck to all the newbies too! I will be stalking my email when I get back home. I seriously doubt we'll get notification emails for awards. I think we'll get the letters as usual. But I maybe wrong....

So far no red team though right? Suzy, at least they still have some on the blue team that have really high percentages. Keeps making me a little more happy...

Everybody take a deep breath and relax! Hopefully we'll all get it! At least we can support one another with the crazy excitement!!

It's interesting that people are starting to see these signs again (loan dates, credit checks)! Makes me think they might do it similarly to last year with the award letters coming in waves... I'm ready for August! It should start then! Let's keep each other posted! It's helpful to hear from all you guys!

Sorry Winnie, but your calculations are a bit off, check again and it would be 110,000/ and your current base salary multiply that by 100. Now see what you get

Yeah I went back to NELRP and verified their examples they give and I am actually 241 % debt/income ratio. If this is good news...LOL!!!

Well I don't know why mine is all happening so fast, but I got an e-mail today! It says I'm on the red team and sounds like it's the same e-mail you have all gotten. So I guess it's a good sign so far!

A question for all of those who have had their dates changed and credit checked- did those two things occur on the same date? I have had my dates changed on July 12th but no credit check yet.....thanks

I had my dates change on the 7/20, credit checked 7/21, e-mail 7/22.

Hey everyone,

I have been silently following this blog for what feels like forever. Quick question I have been wondering for a long time. Everyone talks about their dates changing. I am assuming on the NELRP website when you log in under your application, you then click on loans and that is where the dates should be changed? If that is correct mine are still the dates that I entered them in the very beginning. I have already received the email when it first came out. Just wondering if someone could clarify this for me, Thanks!
