I got another deposit today too! I remember reading something on a thread from a previous year about how October is the end of the fiscal year so they give two deposits in September and do not give a deposit in October. Not sure if this is correct, though.

Hey guys, So I haven't received an email yet either. I am in WA and my ratio is 118%. I had my dates change and a credit check way back in March. I'm thinking my ratio just wasn't high enough to receive an email or maybe I filled something out incorrectly... I guess we'll see! Congrats to everyone who got the emails!

Trying my best not to get impatient! I can't believe it's mid-June and no one has gotten THE email...

I submitted my application on 1/24. Maybe they are verifying applications in the order they received them?

Hey guys, I also received a credit check in late March and most of my dates have changed in the loan section. I am not sure if it's a good sign, but at least it means they are getting through some applications! :)

Hi everyone! I also applied for the first time this year. My debt to income ratio is about 120% (which I thought was super high until I read the threads from previous years!) I am just keeping my fingers crossed! I did not send promissory notes either, but other documents that had the criteria they asked for. I think that's fine. Good luck everyone :)
