NELRP Help...Thank you! You are so kind to give us all some peace at this stressful time. I hope all is well after the earthquake and that no one was hurt! We appreciate this more than you know and will all be excitedly waiting to welcome our mailmen or women to our mailboxes the rest of this week! aaaahhh....I believe restful sleep is to come for all of us this evening. How lucky we are to have such a kind, caring representative watching over all of us here, thank you again.

My heart rises up in my throat everytime I see the mailman and then plummets once I open the mailbox devoid of any letters containing the envious award!!! I almost shake pulling up this site every day thinking maybe it will have exploded with posts about letters arriving and that I may not have gotten one! Oy, what a rollercoaster ride we are all on....I hope we all get to the top soon!

Ugh, the waiting is terrible and I have had my sister stalking my mail for me this past week as I've been on vacay in florida...I'm from Ohio. But while this waiting is killing me I at least have something else to focus on now...I got engaged on vacay!!! So now I at least have a wedding to start planning!

Winnie, what school did you go to that you ended up with 110,000 in debt for nursing? just curious

Winnie, all you do to figure out your debt to income ratio is divide your debt by you current income and you should end up with a number over 100% if you make less than 110,000. That is the correct way. Also, that list is not a list of the hospitals that get the awards, it is just a list of the nurses that were awarded and shows where they will be serving their time...facility does not matter as long as it is a DSH and then they just go down the line based on need...One DSH is not better than another, it is what it is. My debt to income ratio is 162% and I am from OH.
